Context: After completing an international study, recently published, whose goal was to evaluate the impact in the daily lives of more than 5000 European women on their period, as well as their wished menstruation frequency, to determine in mirror the level of knowledge of men about period and associated inconveniences for their partner as their impact on their daily lives seemed interesting. Objective: To assess men’s perception about monthly bleeding and the associated inconveniences for their partner as well as men’s attitudes regarding the ideal menstruation frequency for their partner. Methods: From December 26th 2016 to January 23rd 2017, a 15-minute quantitative online survey was conducted among 5044 men from 18 to 45 years old in a relationship for more than 6 months, living in 13 European countries (Austria, Belgium, Czech republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Switzerland). Each participant gave written informed consent. Results/Conclusions: The final results of the ISY survey in men will be presented.
