Mullerian duct anomalies occur in 0.1 to 2% of woman and are associated with problems such as: abortus, premature labor, premature rupture of membranes, miscarriage. Case: A 28 year old prim gravid woman conceived pregnancy after 3 missed abortions and curettage and after three years of infertility. HSG resulted that she has a bicornuate uterus. In the first ultrasound examination, she was diagnosed with pregnancy in the left corn. During pregnancy the patient was monitored with ultrasound examination every three weeks in order to observe fetal growth and measure cervical length. After 28 weeks of pregnancy in ultrasound examination, we noticed that the placenta was located in the left corn and the fetus in the right corn. The patient was hospitalized for 38 weeks of gestation in Infertility department “KOGJ” in Prishtina. At 40 weeks of gestation, elective caesarian section was performed. A cephalic presentation of a female fetus was delivered by S.C. birth with the weight of 2780/52 and AS: 8/9. During the S.C. we have seen the same position as we saw in ultrasound examinations; baby in the right corn and placenta left corn Conclusion Incidence of such pregnancy is very low, however good perinatal care helps to have a term baby in uterus bicornis.
