Context–In Iran women were the first key who refer to medical practitioner to check out their fertility in her office outside of ART center. The probable reason would be having child is women’s responsibly and involves an ability to achieve a desired social role. Objective-The aim of this study was to explore infertile couple’s experiences of infertility treatments through their interviews. Methods – Through deep interview with 7 male factor and 4 with female factor and 1 with unexplained data were collected. Where most of the couples had referred to this center for the first time. The thematic-based qualitative research methods were used to discover meaningful themes. Result(s) – The results showed that exposure narration of infertile couples was concentrated on two points. In the First stage, woman is who faced to infertility treatments in the early phase because giving birth is the role of femininity only. In the second stage, as long as medical diagnosis of being male factor infertility confirmed silence prevailed. The woman got supportive role or apathetic to continue their treatment. Then the problem interpreted as "God's will" and considered confidential between the couple with infertility and treatment will be continued secretly from now on. Conclusions- By diagnosing the infertility in men after a long period of acceptance, men will be satisfied to refer to an infertility center. However, the specialists were busy in the centers to give them enough information. If the customers eager to know about infertility and also they have knowledge of using Internet then they exposed to too much data which make them to be confused. However, some of them instead who are not familiar with this technology kept in blackness. Ultimately both could not use the proper information to help themselves.
