Gynecological laparoscopic correction of endometriosis. Context. Many women with endometrisis also encounter problems fertility. Obgective. To evaluate gynecological outcomes, after laparoscopic correction. Patient(s). A 35 women with laparoscopic endometriosis defects and remaining myometrial thickness of less than 3 mm, according to magnetic resonance imaging. Methods. Medical surgical protocols, medical document. Intervention(s).Laparoscopic correction of the defect. Main outcomes measure(s). Gynecological outcomes, and histological analysis of the defect after excision. Result(s). The mean thickness of the myometrium increased significantly from 1.3 ± 0.5 mm before surgery to 8.1± 1.5 mm after surgery. Among the 35 women with infertility, 28 (80%) became pregnant and delivered healthy babies at 39 - 40 weeks of gestation. Histological analysis, performed in all 38 cases, revealed the presence of endometriosis. Conclusion(s). Laparoscopic correction can be used as an additional method of correction of the myometrium
