“Thin”endometrium of stimulated cycle provokes abrupt decrease of successful embryos implantation and is one of the reasons of recurrent implantation failure(RIF) Research aim:Study the influence of endometrial scratching on IVF-DO programs for recipient patients with endometrium developmental lagging. Patients: GroupA(screening group)–92women with normal endometrium thickness GroupB1–30 women with moderate thin endometrium(5-6mm), scratching wasn’t performed GroupB2–22women with moderate thin endometrium(5-6mm),scratching was performed Group C1–8women with extremely thin endometrium(≤5mm), scratching wasn’t performed GroupC2–14women with extremely thin endometrium(≤5mm),scratching was performed Method: Scratching was performed at office hysteroscopy, making longitudinal insections with bioptic pliers from internal fauces to the fundus of the uterus on all walls Method:Scratching was performed at office hysteroscopy, making longitudinal insections with bioptic pliers from internal fauces to the fundus of the uterus on all walls Results:For patients of groups A and B1 PORET indexes didn’t differ reliably composing 46,7%, 46,6% correspondingly. The rate of reproductive losses was 16,7% and 21,4%.Women of B1 group had PORET index of 12,5%.During the study of endometrial scratching on IVF programs clinical outcomes influence it was discovered that PORET and rates of early reproductive losses in B1 and B2 groups didn’t differ and composing 46,6%, 45,5% correspondingly. For patients with extremely thin endometrium in B2 group in comparison with B1group the increase of PORET(21,4%versus12,5%)and the decrease of early reproductive losses rate(33%versu100%)happened Conclusions:Deterioration of IVF-DO takes place only for patients with extremely thin endometrium. Performing scratching for women with extremely thin endometrium provides improvement of its receptive characteristics
