Combined pregravidal preparation of women with uterine infertility and miscarriage before IVF.

Aim of the study: to evaluate the efficiency of combined preparation of women for pregnancy in natural cycle and programs IVF with uterine infertility and miscarriage. 168 women with infertility (group 1) and 70 women with history of indeveloping pregnancy (group 2) were examined in the period from 2012 to 2015. Survey methods: clinical and laboratory – raman fluorescent spectroscopy, office hysteroscopy, morphological, immunohistochemical. Methods of treatment: intrauterine laser surgery, laser induced photodynamic and photoimmunological therapy, oxygen and antioxidant accompanying therapy. Within the study, in 94 patients (group 1) chronic endometritis was diagnosed, intrauterine adhesions (Aschermans syndrome) and chronic endometritis – 74. In 48 patients (2 groups) chronic endometritis was diagnosed, intrauterine adhesions and chronic endometritis were identified in 22 patients. Results of the study: in group 1 pregnancy occurred in 77 (45,8%) patients, in 9 patients spontaneously, childbirth at 56 (72,7%) women, indeveloping pregnancy occurred in 17 patients, spontaneous miscarriage in 4. In group 2 a pregnancy in 52 (74,3%) patients, thus at this in 6 patients spontaneously, in 18 patients pregnancy has not occurred. Full Term Pregnancy occurred in 43 patients , preterm delivery - in 9 patients, cesarean section – in 49, three had spontaneous labor.
